Share Your Style #419

Happy Wednesday, y’all! I’m home today with a pulled low back but it has been a nice day as winter came back. Got down to 38 degrees with wind chill down to 21 degrees, so I crept out and covered a few plants. The rest should be fine. 😉 Our high was eventually 47 degrees F.

It’s nice to be home…

I am Barbara Chapman and I’d love it if you’d follow me here on my blog and on any of my other social media sites, too.  Thank you!💜

No posts for me this past week. I did spend all day beginning early last Saturday morning finishing the new garden bed out in the vegetable garden (post coming soon). Around noon time, I headed over to build my mother-in-law’s identical planter bed, filled it with small logs and branches, layered some new leaves and composted leaves, then finally 2 1/2 bags of raised bed dirt. Turned out great!

I planted the new bed with arugula, seed potatoes, red and white onion starts and broccoli and strawberry starts. I was tired afterwards and my back hurt but I thought it was just fatigued. It really went out on Monday into Tuesday, so I stayed home today. We have specialized testing this week at school happening in the library ,so there isn’t much I could do work-wise anyway, so this was a good day to be “sick.” Hopefully my back feels much better tomorrow. 🙂

So…

Several of you sent messages that the link wasn’t working. I am soooo sorry! I forgot all about it so it didn’t get fixed. There are only three entries from last week. Let’s check out those three!
