Share Your Style #449

.

.

Welcome to this week’s Share Your Style #449, dear friends! It has been another busy week over here… Hubby started a surprise for me a week ago and I was truly surprised when I came home from school to find the beginnings of a new outdoor greenhouse being built! Our small plastic-covered “greenhouse” fell apart during the early January snow, so he decided to do something about it. I can’t wait to share it with y’all!

‘Til then, let’s check out this week’s featured posts, shall we? There are a couple of Valentine’s ideas for you, too. Lastly, I hope it is warming up in your neck of the woods. It’s only supposed to get down to 27 degrees here in North Texas tonight…

I am Barbara Chapman and I’d love it if you’d follow me here on my blog and on any of my other social media sites, too.  Thank you!๐Ÿ’œ

Well, no posts for me this week. I’ve been working on taking down our Christmas tree, although I love the light it brings to our living room! Last evening, I played a little hooky from SYS and for two hours I just happily wrapped crystal and glass ornaments and placed them inside their storage boxes inside their big bin.

Sometimes one needs to do something which truly makes one happy! School has been tough with one student in particular and I took a ball to the head last week. I am finally feeling better from that “adventure.” Yeah! Hubby and I have been doing a bunch of things together, too. Just hanging out and reading or watching a movie. A much needed rest and retreat from the cold weather and the worries of life. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  1. What a lovely husband you have, Barb! And what a marvelous and thoughtful gift. That’s just a treasure. (I hope the snow doesn’t slow him down much!) Thanks again for hosting. A couple more England posts this week — a manor house and its gardens.
