Share Your Style #401

Welcome to this week’s Share Your Style #401, dear friends! Last week, of course, I was at the Dodge dealer picking up our new Ram Longhorn truck. It’s a beauty and will be what we take into retirement in a number of years. 🙂

I am Barbara Chapman and I’d love it if you’d follow me here on my blog and on any of my other social media sites, too.  Thank you!💜

No posts for me this week again. Our daughter Amy was here and we spent the weekend hanging out with her and my mother-in-law. For the first time in two months, we had a day in the low 90’s so it was nice to cook in the kitchen, then sit down and have a family meal together. 🙂 And we went out to dinner one of the other nights Amy was here! Wish she lived closer…

I do want to put together some fall posts, it’s just getting them done. 😉 Let’s look at what you’ve done, now…

And here are this week’s featured posts…

  2. Hi, Barbara. Thank you for featuring Gma’sPhoto link Bake a Treat for the Neighbors! I pinned to Pintrest, Twitter and to Facebook. My entry number for this party is 4. I do not do the DIY stuff. I enjoy taking pictures and thought this barn post would fit well with your party.

    Thanks again!
    Take care and best wishes.

  3. Barbara, we’ve had high temps too here in AL, I think our highest was 109! I’ve been seeing bloggers say they’re ready for fall but I’m hoping summer lasts a bit longer. The warm/hot temps are so good for my aches and pains 🙂 Thanks so much for hosting. My entry numbers are 6 and 7.

    1. Funny, I was tells my husband that walking up and down the stairs at school, I can already feel my knees. They say fall is coming despite the temps, lol!! I do enjoy the warm summer for the plants… 🏡🍂

  4. Hi Barb! It sounds like you have lots of wonderful things filling your time these days! I am trying to get back to linking now that life is slowing down a bit for me. Thanks for hosting and I hope you have a most wonderful day!

    1. Ooops! Accidentally hit “send” before finishing… (think eye roll). Anyway, I’m glad you stopped over and I’ll look for your posts. Enjoy your weekend, Shelbee! Hugs, Barb 🙂

    1. Thank you, Pam! We can now call ourselves “Texans,” lol!!! 😉 Or so my hubby said. We will enjoy driving the new truck and having it to haul sheets of wood or more home. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!

  5. Barb,
Glad that you enjoyed your visit with Amy!! It’s nice to get to spend time with family!!
Thanks so much for hosting this lovely party each and every week!! I really appreciate the time and effort that goes into it along with visiting all the links and choosing Features!!! Thank You!! I hope you are having a great week!!
    Hugs,
    Deb

  6. Barb, thanks so much for featuring my wreath. I just published a post on the new landscape and curb appeal projects that necessitated the update. Getting ready to head to my son’s destination wedding. Have a great holiday weekend.

  7. Talk about getting fall posts up, I can’t even keep up with my friends’ blog, Barb! I was out of town a couple days last week, right after hosting a blog hop, and I’m still trying to get caught up! I truly appreciate you for hosting this party. At least I have a fall table put together, but that’s it. It’s so sad that you Texans have to feel like 90s is a cooldown! It’s just stupid hot this year in TX!

    1. It is rather funny to think 90 degrees is cool. I’ve opened windows this past week to air out the house and even 84 at night is better than being cooped up inside. Getting my first fall post out tonight I hope! 🍁🍂🍁
