Here’s what I shared this past week at French Ethereal…

This has been a quick week for me but I did get one post out! On the weekend, I was cleaning around the house, watched some movies with Mr. Ethereal, and worked in the garden a bit.

It’s still really warm during the day (high 80’s to low 90’s), but cooling into the 70’s and 60’s at night, so I’ve been walking a lot more in the mornings. Steady days at 2 miles each time I’m out. Wish the weight would jump off right now, but the body fat is changing to more muscle and my clothes are fitting better after having to really back off mileage since last November’s accident (and the hip injury). It’s doing much better, yeah! It took about 8 months to heal so I’ve only been really back walking far since July but things are happening! 🙂
