Share Your Style #432

Happy end of June and welcome to this week’s Share Your Style #432, y’all! Thanks for understanding last week when I just couldn’t get the party going. I am back this week from a mini vacation down to visit my daughter in Austin. We hit up a city-wide vintage sale held inside Austin’s Civic Center and we found vintage and antique jewelry, some garden decor (I didn’t buy, actually), and fun oddities (Amy did!). Let’s see what all everyone has been up to these past two weeks…

I am Barbara Chapman and I’d love it if you’d follow me here on my blog and on any of my other social media sites, too.  Thank you!๐Ÿ’œ

I am half-way done working out on the micro-sprinkler system out back. Now I need to swap out the drip pieces from last year as they get clogged and full of dirt/hard-water so that’s on the gardening menu over the next couple of weeks.

And the heat is here… Always the end of June. I imagine you do the same: get as much done in the early morning as you can before noon so you can get inside and hibernate from the sun and heat, lol!

.

Here’s what I shared this past week at French Ethereal…

  4. Barb, your trip to Austin sounds like it was really good fun – my kind of trip! Yes, the heat is on, and the grass is beginning to go dormant in my region. We finally got about 1/2″ of rain last night, but need more. It’s been exhausting to do anything much past 8am!
Thanks for hosting us. I love that American patriotic pastime tablescape!
