Welcome to this week’s Share Your Style #399, friends! No posts for me this week as Mr. Ethereal and I just enjoyed a weekend of yardwork and some time to rest. He has been going gang-busters at work and then working in the yards on the weekend, so he needed time to recover from being sick. 🙂 We had fun watching Bruce Willis in REDs and REDs 2…

Has it been super hot where you live? Here in North Texas we have been over 100 degrees for the past month now. This week we really heat up to 108 and 109 degrees with the heat index even higher!
I am sooooo ready for fall… How about you? Our plants have been suffering but most of them seem like they are making it. 😀
But besides that, we have a bunch of great posts to share ~ some DIY, a little fashion and much friendship! Worth being a little hot… 😉

And here are this week’s featured posts…

Enjoy the party,

Thank you so much for including my slipcovered stools in the features this week Barb 🙂 and for hosting too!
Barbara, thanks so much for hosting. My entry number is 1.
We are having a number of cooler days but for the upcoming two weeks we will have high high temps as well. Not fun – hope it will cool down on your end soon.
Thank you so much for hosting.
I linked up this week with = 4+5 and this is a friendly reminder to come and join us at SeniorSalonPitStop. You will find the linkup information under BLOGGING.
That lavender oatmeal soap looks good enough to eat. Thanks for having us over, Barb. Stay cool.
Thank you for hosting. 😊
You are most welcome! Glad you could stop by. Have a great weekend!! 😊
We’ve been much cooler, here, but there has been SO much rain. Thanks so much for the party!
Thank you, Pam! I’ll look for your posts. Enjoy your week and I hope it dries out a bit for you! 💕😊
Thanks so much for including me in your features, Barb! This time, I’m offering up some book reviews and a trip to Michigan’s Soo Locks!
Sounds fun, Jeanie! I don’t think I’ve ever seen an actual lock, though my father did down in Panama during the Korean War (1949-1951). They had to guard the Panama Canal to keep it open (just in case). I’ll look for your post! Enjoy your week!!! 💕😊
We are having yet another day of thunderstorms. My garden could be mistaken for a jungle! Thanks for hosting!
Sounds lovely, Sandra! We could use a good thunderstorm here as the ponds are drying up. Not good. 😢Hope you have a great week!!! 💕😊
It’s been really hot (toooo hot) in Iowa the past couple of weeks. And so humid with all of the corn sweat. Yes, corn sweat is a real thing and adds so much moisture to the air at this time of year when the corn in nearing harvest time. But, this week the mornings have been a touch cooler, which tells me that fall is on the way. 🙂
Niky
Niky, that’s weird about the corn sweat. I wonder if my son and DIL know about this. Corn grows up in South Dakota, too, where they live. I’ll have to ask. We were at 108 the other day but today through Wednesday is supposed to be under 100, which will be glorious! If it gets to 90, I’ll have to put on a sweater, lol! 🤣 Glad you could stop by!! Enjoy your week!! 💕
Hi Barb! Thank you so much for hosting! This week every single featured post is fantastic! Just the right time to do my blog reading along with my coffee!
Very cool, Maya! Glad you enjoyed all of the features. Have a great week and I’ll look for your posts. 💕😊
