Happy Belated Flag Day!!! Time to bring out the patriotic decor and get some bbq on…

Let’s get to it…

Here’s what I shared this past week at French Ethereal…

It has been a week of highs and lows, as you can surmise with Yoda’s illness and then taking him to the vet… He was a good boy… 💜 Flag Day was also a day I had scheduled a tea at our house so I’ll share that post next week…

  1. Thank you so much for hosting & featuring my coastal farmhouse flag! That is still one of my favorite projects. Feel free to come by & link up on Crafty Creators (open Thurs-Mon). Link parties are welcome to be shared as well. Have a great weekend!

  2. Thank you very much for hosting and may you have an awesome weekend.
my entries for this week: #14+15

    1. Thank you, Niky. I’m really just beginning to feel his loss. I kept his bowls out and his dog bed but I’ll probably donate them to our local animal shelter. I have dog food as well. It hurts… 🐾 In a year or so we will look for another fur friend. Dogs are my absolute favorite animals so it’s hard to ever be without one. Thanks again! 🐶

  3. I’m sorry to hear about the loss of,Yoda, Barb – my heart just aches for you. I know he was a special treasure in your life and brought so much joy and love to your home. Every time Piper has a hard day I think about how long it took Yoda to start feeling safe and it allows me to give her tons extra grace because I know she’ll get there too. Thank you for loving him as long as you did. I know it wasn’t always easy but I’m 100% his life was so much richer for having you in his life. Keeping you and your family in my prayers sweet friend, CoCo

    1. Thank you, CoCo. I am missing him but know he is running free again. Luckily, he still was running in his dreams; I saw his feet moving as he dreamed last week. I’m glad he isn’t in pain anymore nor confused. The walking in circles and dragging his rear right foot was hard. I’m glad you have your Piper! She will get there!! Thank you again for your sweet thoughts and prayers. 💕🐶🐾
