Well, happy Wednesday to you all! 💜 Next week I am back to school but I have to say that I have enjoyed these past eight weeks of summer. It seems a long time ago since I flew to my nephew and his bride’s wedding and saw my daughter, brother and his wife and family. Then my mother-in-law and sister-in-law drove out to visit us, and my nephew on hubby’s side of the family flew in. We had a good time finding out about Gini’s grandfather and grandmother who were born here in Texas and just hanging out!

The shed arrived the following week or so after they drove home, and we are now working on the fence behind it, and this week I am laying down keystone bricks to hold dirt in under where the fence line lies. I have also read some really good books over the past six months I need to share with you, too (another post!).

Lastly, Hubby has a new role at work so hopefully this will allow me to step back from teaching (I am an paraprofessional, but still, it’s teaching) after this year. I love what I do, but physically, I am not able to do what I could 15 years ago.

It’s time.

Well this week we have everything all about summer… 😉

Here’s what I shared this past week at French Ethereal…
