Well last week was a complete bust blogging-wise, wasn’t it? We had no internet from Valentine’s Day Sunday morning until late Friday or Saturday morning, I forget now. I just know that once we had internet service again, I was busy WRITING!!!

I had all of my principal photography done, I just couldn’t create any posts… But, since so many people were without power and heat, nor still some without water here in Texas (something some of our school families are experiencing right now because of major water main pipes freezing in last week’s storms), losing the internet was nothing in the scheme of things.

I am sooo stinkin’ proud of **Katie of The Preppy Empty Nester!** Here is her journey through weight loss (thought this was appropriate since we just got through the holidays!) and how we can change our dietary habits, too ~ Rules and Tools of My Weight Loss Journey. Way to go!!!

Honorable Mention

**Valeria of J East of Eden** shared a wonderful DIY knitting post but I couldn’t pick up any of the photographs of her knitting; HOWEVER, I could pick up this gem, which was in the sidebar! (Soooo me!!! )
