Share Your Style #225

Welcome to Share Your Style #225! This link party is for home decor, diy and crafts, recipes and the like, but you are more than welcome to share your family-friendly posts with us all! As always I am glad that you are here and there are so many great posts to choose from to share with y’all.

Forgive me for getting SYS out each week and continuing to add features after it is published… (You might see that happening!)
It’s because as anytime I sit down to type and add, I literally fall asleep (I wake up between 4-5:00am everyday for work) ~ like today. And it isn’t because I am bored, I just nod off as my body tries to catch up on zzzzz’s.
😉

I am your host Barbara Chapman and I’d love it if you’d follow me here on my blog and on any of my other social media sites, too.
Thank you!

  1. Barbara, I don't think I could get up that early day after day. I used to be an earlier riser when I taught, but now retired 20 years, my mornings are pretty leisurely. Thanks for hosting us!Your Downton Abby inspired dress is lovely. I hope to see the movie this weekend. Happy Autumn!

  2. Thank you so much for featuring me this week. When I was teaching and up at 5 am every day, I was exhausted all of the time. It's tough to do anything in the evening when you get up early and are busy all day.

  3. You are most welcome, Debra! I just stopped over a bit ago this evening to get back a reply. It is tiring some days, but thankfully today I was energized when I got home (reading blogs tonight and shot some pics).Happy fall,Barb 🙂

  4. Hi Sarah, I hope you got to the movies to see Downton Abbey!!! I am pretty tired (took almost 3 years off with our move to Texas) but it's getting easier. Happy to feature your post,Hugs,Barb 🙂

  5. That's it in a nutshell, isn't it, Paula? I am pretty tired by Fridays but it's getting easier. I'll be ready for holidays soon!Glad to feature your post,Hugs,Barb 🙂

  6. Thank you, Sandra! I really enjoy hosting Share Your Style and it was sad when the others dropped off for various reasons, but I thought there are so few parties out there nowadays that it needs to continue. Even if I need to lay off a week here and there. ;)Enjoy your fall and happy decorating,Hugs,Barb 🙂

  7. Thank you, Thelma! This was a fun dress to make (have a few finishing touches to do still) and I look forward to wearing it again for an upcoming DFW Costumers Guild luncheon. Trying to get it all done and blog and sleep…Lol!Happy fall to you,Barb 🙂

  8. Thank you so much for your sweet comments on my DA dress, Debbee!!! It was a fun dress to make and I got the pattern idea from Laura over at Decor to Adore. She only lives about an hour away so we will dress up together sometime, I'm sure, in our somewhat matching dresses. Lol!Happy fall to you and glad you linked up,Hugs,Barb 🙂
