My mother-in-law made it safely home from a month in California. She has been for home for about 10 days now and we got together over the weekend. We even went to our favorite thrift shop on Saturday, but didn’t find anything. That same day, I made a crockpot full of turkey meatballs in organic tomato sauce paired with cheese raviolis, plenty of leftovers.. Turned into a wonderful dinner. Yum!!!

We did better at Lowe’s as we scored some wonderful plant starts. I’ll share a post on the the things I found soon, but for now… It is too cold to be out in the shed working on potting up plants! At least for me. 😉

Well, let’s check out this week’s features, shall we?

Here’s what I shared this past week at French Ethereal…

  1. Thank you so much for highlighting my red and pink Valentine tablescape for kids! It was so much fun to put together and I know the grandkids will have a blast. I appreciate you hosting this party each week and I love to see what everyone else has been up to.

  2. Hey friends! I tried to add a few more features but our internet is iffy this evening with the freezing rain now turning into heavy ice… So, this is all it will let me share. Thanks again for linking up and I hope you enjoy the features I was able to share. Many Valentine hugs, Barb <3

    1. Hi Jeanie, I just went back and added the HTML again. Just one of the mess ups from earlier. 😊 It should be good to go now. Thank you for letting me know! I’m glad you liked the feature. Have a great rest of your evening! 💕

    1. Lori, sfar, so good with regards to the weather. Our backyard is an ice rink overnight with some melting. Wish I had skates! I did think of putting on my bicycle helmet and hiking boots and go out “skating” on our court and street!!! Great exercise! Have a great weekend and Happy Valentine’s month!!! 💕☃️❄️

  3. I have so enjoyed your posts this week, Barbara. thanks so much for the feature for the Valentine’s Table. I really enjoyed putting this one together and sharing it with everyone. I hope you can stay warm and safe inside away from all the ice. Take care.

    1. I am, other than during the quick thaw yesterday. If it really thaws later in the day, I might go get groceries but otherwise we are home. 🏡 Glad you enjoyed the feature!! Happy Valentine’s month! 💕☃️❄️

  4. Barbara, thank you so much for featuring my house hunting post!! What a happy feeling when I saw that! Thank you for giving us this space to share our blogs!

  5. Barb,
Glad to hear you got some time off!!
Thanks again for hosting this charming party every week! I know how much time goes into doing so and I want you to know that it I truly appreciate it!! Stay safe, healthy and happy!!

  6. Your laundry room is looking wonderful! The house we had before this one had “flesh” colored walls that literally made me gag, so they got painted first thing. LOL!! Thanks for having us over, Barb

    1. Thank you so much, Debra! A labor of love. We are loving the fresh color on the walls. I think you’ll love what I do here in the dining room next. Time for a breath of fresh air! Happy Friday to you!!! ☃️💕

  7. So excited over your refreshed laundry room, Barb! It looks great. I hope you’re on the mend from Covid and are well on your way to having a February filled with all your favorite things. Hugs and thanks so much for hosting, CoCo

    1. Thank you so much, CoCo! We are enjoying the laundry room’s new look. I feel back to normal, for the most part. When our weather flips from north winds (Arctic and down from Canada and the Dakotas) to south winds (Gulf of Mexico), my allergies kick in. Lots of elm and juniper and cedar are putting off pollen, I guess. My daughter is down in Austin and she gets Cedar Fever. I wonder if I don’t now get that? Makes you feel like you have a mild flu. Anyway, mostly just fine! 🙂 Hope all is well with you in your neck of the woods! Happy Valentine’s month to you!! <3

  8. We finally got a snow day here! Much needed since I still hadn’t packed away Christmas after being sick with flu for a month!

Thanks so much for featuring my Valentine’s Day cloche. Have a great weekend!

    1. Thank you, Amber! I love your cloche… I posted my version of a Valentine’s Vintage Cloche and shared yours as my inspiration. I hope you are feeling better now. I need two more big boxes to finish packing the last of our Christmas reboxing… I knew it’d be February before I’d be finished, lol!! Take care, stay warm and rest up!! Happy Valentine’s month!!! ♥️🥰
