We had a couple of days of rain over the past week and just having an inch or so has really perked up all of our plants! How about you? How is your fall garden doing? Our garden beds have enjoyed a second growing season with the advent of cooler weather. Sooo nice to see plants which were really suffering are now really happy…

Well, getting perennials planted in the ground and taking cuttings of existing plants are what I have been doing a lot of this fall, when I have time. So nice that we have had a long fall season with no freezes yet!

Other than that, what all have you been up to? Hopefully you are enjoying good fall weather in your neck of the woods!!

Let’s check out this week’s features…

Here’s what I shared this past week at French Ethereal…

Pumpkins, Pinecones & Cranberries ~ a Fall Centerpiece ~ part of this month’s Pinterest Challenge using cranberries in our recipes, decor or crafts.

And here are this week’s featured posts…

First up is this cutie from Steph Creates ~ DIY Harvest Floral Pumpkin Centerpiece. Love how cute this pumpkin turned out!!! Plus, with Stephanie’s easy-to-follow instructions, you can whip out this fun pumpkin craft in an afternoon.

An October Mantel with Snow Owls is a mid-fall creation Debra from Common Ground has shared. Love these sweet owls!!!
Our last feature this week is from DeeDee from Clover House who brings us her Front Porch Decor for Fall and Halloween. Stunning!!! And her kitty is pretty cute, too. <3

Honorable Mention

Amber from The Hungry Mountaineer shared her RV trip to Bishop, California in her post about making German-Style Potato Salad with Extra Bacon. I’m sorry that I couldn’t pull in any of her photos because of the writing wanted to come instead, but her recipe looks great! Stop on by to check out Amber’s post and see some of the Eastern Sierra mountain range, part of central California and right next to Nevada (think high desert).

Thank You so much to everyone who linked up this past week. A special thank you to everyone for always promoting Share Your Style on your blog and on your social media channels! I do see it when I stop by and I appreciate the love. ๐Ÿ’œ

    1. Oh no! I hope it gets better soon! I gave constant nasal infections because my sinus donโ€™t drain well (went over my handlebars when I was 22, broke the cribiform plate inside behind the nose). Itโ€™s a constant battleโ€ฆ Feel better! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’•

  1. Barb,
Thanks again for hosting this charming party every week! I know how much time goes into doing so and I want you to know that it I truly appreciate it!! Stay safe, healthy and happy!!

    1. They come up but when I highlight them, it grabs the writing, too. Normally you can go in and โ€œRemove paragraph.โ€ With these, it canโ€™t. Maybe itโ€™s the way itโ€™s saved?? Are you in Weebly? I used to be able to write like a magazine on their platform. Was fun!

  2. Thanks for sharing my snow owl mantel, Barb. We had two nights of 25 degrees so our growing season is over although my ferns were protected so they’re still here. All our container plants are goners though. Sounds like your plants are enjoying the weather! Have a great week!

  3. I am so happy to hear that your fall garden is thriving! No fall planting or gardening around here though. I think we have had our final blooms on our rose bushes. And now the overnight chill has set in and we are looking at frosty mornings now! Thanks for the party!

    1. Itโ€™s always a bit sad when our gardens go off to sleep but such a treat when they come alive next season!! Enjoy your weekend and Halloween with the boys!! ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ‚

    1. A few plants are blooming but most are done. The bougainvillea is lovely! A shame it wonโ€™t grow hereโ€ฆ itโ€™ll always be small. I had a monster one at nine years old at my last house in Southern California. Anyway, have a great fall weekend! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‚๐ŸŽƒ

  4. Most of my trees are already turning, but is till have some flowers in the yard to enjoy. Thanks for hosting Barbara! Have a great week.

    1. Iโ€™m glad you still have some flowers! I have just a few pentas out front. Fall is falling temp-wise. Buttoning up for the season. Enjoy your fall weather and leaves!!! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‚
