Happy almost spring to you! (Even if the cool temps outside say otherwise…) Sorry I am late getting SYS up again. I came home, laid down and promptly fell asleep for 1 1/2 hours. This past weekend was really busy helping unload Mr. Ethereal’s mom’s storage units and moving all those items and boxes into her house and garage. She is really happy with her new home but for now is still living with us while she “sets up shop.”

So needless to say, I didn’t get any posts done this past week but next week is spring vacation/Easter break so I’ll be back at it. Thanks for sticking around while I haven’t been up to much!

Speaking of Easter… this week’s Share Your Style is full of fun Easter ideas as well as St. Patrick’s Day ideas as well!

Also, in case you hadn’t heard, as I hadn’t until just a few days ago, I wanted to let you know two home decor bloggers you may know recently passed away: Paula from Virginia Sweet Pea and Michelle from The Unpainted Hinge. Please keep their families in your thoughts and prayers, won’t you? I’ve blogged with them for many years, as many of you have, and I hope you will stop by their blogs and enjoy their beautiful writings and photography in memory… 💜

Let’s check out this week’s featured posts, shall we?…

Thank you so much for hosting! I’m so glad you liked my potato masher 🙂
It really has been a rough week. I can’t believe we lost Paula and Michelle.
My heart breaks for their families.

  2. You must be absolutely exhausted but I know your MIL really appreciates all you have been doing for her. I hope you get a “me” day, and soon.

I just read a post by Michelle from yesterday. It must have been pre-posted. I know she took herself off of Turn About Tuesday but didn’t know why. I’m shocked. Thank you so much for hosting.

  8. I can hardly wait to try out those macadamia raspberry blondies you featured! Yum! Thanks for the party. Hope you are doing well. I’m waiting for the end of March so I can finally plant something in the pots on the front porch. Winter makes our beige house look so sad but yay, spring is a comin’!

    1. Cindy, I hear you with planting!! Charles has this next week off and will finally be putting in the posts to move the fence out. Part of it is falling anyway, so it’s timely. I have a bunch of plants which need to get in the ground before the heat comes. Happy planting soon!!! ☘️

    1. Thank you, Jean! We have this next week off from school for spring break. Wish it was a little closer to Easter but I feel it this year. Hope to be out working in the yard this week for some respite. Thanks again! 💕🐇

  11. Hi Barb, It’s always such a pleasure to visit your Blog and see what you’re up to in home decor. Thanks for hosting the link party each week. Really appreciate the feature for the “French Tablescape”. Blues and yellows are such great colors to work with.
